Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Deposits: km777a accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. Termination & Account Closure

km777a may suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, where km777a has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Player's use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to km777a or its licensors; or (c) continued operation of the account is contrary to responsible gaming principles.

Upon account closure, any remaining verified Real Money Balance (net of applicable pending wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC verification.
